Mille Lacs County Surveyor: Warren Delles

The County Surveyor is responsible for the perpetuation and maintenance of the Public Land Survey corners within Mille Lacs County, including section, quarter section, meander, and witness corners. These corners are the basis for all property rights and legal descriptions of property within the County.

We also review subdivisions for compliance with State statutes and County ordinances. These subdivisions include plats, registered land surveys, and common interest communities.

In addition, we also provide support to various County offices concerning matters of surveying, legal descriptions, and other real estate related issues.
